Instructions

Clean the gilthead seabream and praticatele some lateral incisions.

Put in the belly a large knob of butter mixed with a bit of chopped parsley with 2 anchovies, salt and pepper.

Prepare two sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper, lean over the fish and sprinkling it with oil churned with a little lemon juice and chopped parsley.

Close the foil, roll it at both ends and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
