Bream arugula
Instructions
Clean the fish, prepared with minced garlic, salt, pepper and lemon.
Drugged fish with chopped, add the Rosemary, bake at 200 degrees already warm for about 25 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: Saute chopped shallots fine in a little olive oil, add the chopped arugula, Cook for a few minutes and let cool before adding the cream.
Serve the fish with the warm sauce.
