Instructions

Put a fish in a baking pan, covering it with thin slices of onion, tomatoes cut into large chunks, sliced lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, 1 bay leaf, butter and cover the whole thing with wine.

Cook for half an hour in the oven and serve with chopped parsley.
