Baked gilthead
Instructions
Clean, wash and scale the bream.
Place them in a baking dish with a few tablespoons of oil and the garlic cloves.
Bake at 180 degrees and when the fish is browned, Deglaze with the wine, salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped onions and parsley, then add sliced lemons and place in oven for 35 minutes.

- 2 600 g bream
- 2 lemons
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch of mint
- 1 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
