Sea bass baked in foil with vegetables
Instructions
Squamate sea bream, remove entrails through a small cut in the abdomen, remove the gills, wash and dry the fish well.
Take a long sheet of parchment paper and pour 4 tablespoons of the oil, then settle over the fish, carefully time two or three times, then salt and pepatelo.
Clean and dry the vegetables, cut them into strips and chopped parsley.
Put everything on the sea bream and sprayed with the rest of the oil, then close the bag and place it on a baking plate.
Bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serve immediately open the bag resting on a serving dish.
The same recipe is also suitable for grey mullet, red snapper and sea bass.

- 50 g of leeks
- 40 g of white celery
- 40 g of carrots
- 40 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sprig of parsley
