Fancy omelettes
Instructions
Beat the eggs with salt, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Cook in a nonstick pan one quarter of the preparation time so prepare 4 omelets.
In each place a sottiletta and a spoonful of pickles, then roll them up and put back in the pan for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 jar of pickles in olive oil
- 4 cheese slices
- Salt
- Olive oil
