Omelette with marmalade
Instructions
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.
The omelettes prepared by pouring a quarter of mixture into the hot skillet with the butter; rotate the pan to distribute the eggs and when is it wrinkled slide omelette onto a plate.
Repeat 4 times.
Heat the Marmalade slightly and place it at the Centre of the omelette before folding.
Place the omelette so prepared on an already hot dish.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar with a fork and pan formed designs on the surface.

- 6 eggs
- 80 g of apricot jam
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
