Instructions

Beat the eggs with salt and grated nutmeg.

Incorporate the flour, mix and dilute with milk.

Saute with butter 20 g chopped onion, then beat with a little salt, cream and salmon.

In a pan heat the remaining butter and pour in the batter and thicken.

Pour the cream of salmon and fold in on itself.
