Offelle ubaldine
Instructions
Make the dough with the ingredients and let it rest.
Mince together, to the mixer, the dried fruit.
Mix in the honey and a hint of spices.
Roll out the dough too thin and cut into circles.
On each put a bit of filling.
Fold in half and close offelle by pressing the edges.
FRY in plenty of oil and serve immediately sprinkled with sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- For the dough:
- 200 g of flour
- 20 g of soft butter
- 20 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the filling:
- 150 g of peeled almonds
- 50 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 50 g of honey
- Minced mixed spices (cinnamon, walnut)
- Frying oil
- Sugar
