Beets with tuna sauce
Instructions
Cut beets into slices.
Mix the onions, egg and tuna to flush oil compound.
Add a little salt and pepper, lemon juice and blend again.
Add the capers and parsley.
Season with this sauce beets, 1 hour to rest in a cool place and serve.

- 2 beets
- 2 tablespoons of pickled onions
- 120 g of tuna in olive oil
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 20 cl of olive oil
