Beets with cream
Instructions
Cut beets into slices and arrange on a serving dish.
Emulsify the cream with the mustard, lemon juice is passed into the colander, salt and pepper.
Pour the cream over the beets, decorated with chopped boiled egg and serve.

- 2 beets
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Lemon juice
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
