Beets to bechamel
Instructions
Peel the beets, cut into thick slices about half a centimetre.
Place in a lightly buttered baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining melted butter.
Add salt, cover with the sauce and put to bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Served piping hot.

- 600 g of cooked beets
- 1 cup of smooth béchamel
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
