Instructions
Put the walnuts, cloves and cinnamon in a pot clean and dry and cover with alcohol; close tightly and marinate for 30 days; I keep the pot as much as possible exposed to the Sun, the first 20 days I am shaken three times a day.
Add a syrup made from sugar and with 500 g of water and stir with a wooden spoon; close tightly and marinate 15 days; I keep the pot as much as possible exposed to the Sun and shake twice a day.
The nocino filter with filter paper for once or twice until it is sufficiently clear.
lo verso in bottles, I close with new Cork Stoppers.
For additional warranty I seal the corks by soaking the necks of the bottles in hot melted paraffin.
The keep in cool, dry, dark and well ventilated place.
Is ready after 60 days.
Remaining very tasty nuts, should be stored in clean, dry vessel under alcohol.

- 33 endearing green walnuts cut into 4 pieces
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 500 g of sugar
- 6 cloves
