Nests to eggplant
Instructions
Wash the peppers, cut into the side of the stem, remove the inside, put them in the oven upside down to moderate flame for 30 minutes until you can peel.
Meanwhile, prepare the Eggplant to the buttonhole: in a saucepan, put a little oil, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and diced aubergines (after having let in salt).
Blow them up so that they remain whole, add 2 cups of tomato sauce and finish cooking.
Boil the nests, toss with eggplants, pick them up at the ball and fill peppers, peeled and salted them.
