Instructions
Mix the egg white, sugar, half the chocolate chips, rum and nuts.
Work with your hands, until you obtain a homogeneous compound, divided into small balls.
Combine butter, sugar, egg yolk, crumbled and a few drops of Rum.
With a finger, creating a hole in truffles and fill it with the cream.
Work with your hands to give shape to balls and dip in the remaining chocolate, mixed with some hazelnuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 250 g of icing sugar
- 150 g of chopped hazelnuts
- 150 g of chocolate shavings
- For the filling:
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- Rum
