Nastrini with gorgonzola
Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, in the Bowl where it pours the dough, working with a fork the Gorgonzola to soften it.
Add some chopped Walnut kernel and a ladle of pasta water; drain the ribbons al dente, pour on the Gorgonzola and add some chopped Arugula leaf.
Mix well and serve.

- 250 g of type pasta ribbons
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- Walnut kernels
- Some leaves of arugula salad
- Salt
