Ribbons with seafood
Instructions
In a pan add oil, chopped garlic and parsley, Saute for 2 minutes, then add the potatoes cut into cubes, let boil, deglazing with a bit of white wine.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan aside, do open up shellfish, remove them from the shell and keep aside some filtered liquid.
Cook pasta al dente.
In the Pan in which you cooked the potatoes add the seafood, add salt and pepper and, if necessary, add a little liquid kept aside.
Drain the pasta, then let her stir-fry with shellfish and potato cubes by adding chopped tomatoes in half.
Serving, sprinkling with fresh chives or parsley and avoiding the use of cheese that goes well with fish.
