Ribbons of zucchini flowers
Instructions
Cook in olive oil extra virgin the ripe cherry tomatoes, cut in half (possibly add a little passed to pieces), small Zucchini cut into cubes and Zucchini Flowers strips reduced, deprived of pistil bitter.
Add salt and, when cooked, add the preparation a few fresh basil.
Drain the pasta, then pour in sauce, wet it with a little of the cooking water and toss in a pan with the addition of parmesan and pepper.
Serve it immediately.

- 250 g of type pasta ribbons
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes
- 12 zucchini
- 12 pumpkin flowers
- Basil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Peppercorns
