Place the nozzle in a baking dish with olive oil, sprinkle butter flakes, salt, pepatelo and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
For the sauce: put the oil in a bowl, add banging with a whisk 1/2 cup of hot water, then immediately 2 lemons, chopped parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Heat this emulsion in a Bain-Marie and serve separately with the hake.
