Instructions
Bake in 25 g of butter sliced mushrooms.
Arrange fish fillets in a baking dish greased with butter, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped onion, garlic and parsley, then add chopped tomatoes, cooked mushrooms and white wine.
