Hake in English
Instructions
Prepare a court-bouillon that must be strongly flavored with onion, carrot, celery stalk and vinegar.
Let it cool and then boil hake, which can be entire or even a big slice in one piece.
English fish is accompanied by steamed new potatoes; can be served with melted butter mixed with chopped parsley, or with a sauce made from lemon juice and olive oil tossed with a little salt.

- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Parsley
- French novelle
- Olive oil
