Flambées bananas
Instructions
Peel bananas and cut into two pieces lengthwise.
Heat in saucepan and add butter to bananas Brown on both sides, cospargendole with sugar.
Remove from heat and place in a warm serving dish.

Flambé with alcohol and spirit a little cognac and serve hot.
