Instructions

Peel bananas and cut into two pieces lengthwise.

Heat in saucepan and add butter to bananas Brown on both sides, cospargendole with sugar.

Remove from heat and place in a warm serving dish.

Add the liquor in the sauce remaining in pan, let it cool, pour this sauce over bananas.

Flambé with alcohol and spirit a little cognac and serve hot.
