Hake with lemon (2)
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the oil, place the fillets and sprinkle with chopped garlic, onion, grated 1/2 lemon, parsley; season with salt and pepper.
Cook slowly with browned both sides; Sprinkle with wine and to shrink by half.
Remove the fillets; thicken the sauce with the other 2 tablespoons wine, a bit of flour and the lemon juice.
Pour the hot sauce over the fish.

- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- Parsley
