Instructions

Peel the bananas, split in half lengthwise and arrange them in the shape of a flower in a buttered dish.

Wet them with orange juice and half a lemon, sprinkle with icing sugar and leave to marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

When serving, pour a little rum bananas and inflame; serve with whipped cream.
