Baked hake (2)
Instructions
Lay each hake gutted and scaled fish on a sheet of paper.
Sprinkle a little salt, garlic and chopped parsley; Join 4 clams, mussels and 3 2 peppercorns.
Close the foil and place each on a baked hake.
Bake at 220 degrees in the oven already warm for 20 minutes.
Serve each hake with its shellfish stew and a drizzle of raw oil.

- 4 hake from 300 g
- 16 clams
- 8 mussels
- Garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- Little of unrefined sea salt
- 3 grains of white pepper
