Hake with walnuts
Instructions
Cook the chopped onions in 50 g of butter and sauté the floured fish.
Deglaze with wine and with little hot broth.
Combine pepper, salt, bay leaf, celery and parsley and chopped mushrooms soaked.
Cook covered for 10 minutes.
Combine cooking walnuts into pieces and pass it to the mixer.
Place the fish in a baking dish, cover with the sauce, melted butter, and Parmesan.
Bake in hot oven to 200 degrees.

- 70 g of butter
- 15 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese

- Celery
- 1 leaf of laurel

- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Broth
