Hake with capers (2)
Instructions
Clean and wash the hake.
Finely chop the capers with parsley and garlic and distribute half chopped inside the fish.
Arrange in a greased baking, cover them with the remaining chopped, salt, soak them with 1/2 glass of wine and a few tablespoons of wine vinegar, sprinkle with a little olive oil and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.

- 4 hake from 200 g
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of capers
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- A few tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
