Instructions

Peel bananas, cut lengthwise and place them in a baking dish.

Spolverizzarle of sugar and Vanillin, wet them with rum and cook for 5 minutes over low heat on the stove.

Pass then in hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Cover with cream and a little melted butter and put them back in the oven at low heat (180 degrees) for about 15 minutes.
