Mozzarella in carrozza (5)
Instructions
Cut slices of bread to the edge and then divide them into two triangles; butter one side of each slice.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a little pepper and soak one slice at a time from the non-buttered, arrange on a plate with the wet side of the egg pointing upwards.
Cut the mozzarella into 8 slices, dry with a cotton cloth and a disponetene on each slice of bread, cover with another slice of bread.
Passed the edge of each sandwich prepared, first in flour and then quickly into the water so close all sides and not allow the mozzarella, in cooking to escape.
Place the prepared bread in a baking pan, form a single layer and cook in the oven at 250 degrees 5 minutes per side.
This dish must be served piping hot.

- 200 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of butter
- 8 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of white flour
