Grilled mozzarella
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into slices a little high, flour them, put them in beaten eggs, bread crumbs mixed with a spoonful of thyme and salt.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then place on the hot plate of the oven, let the mozzarella Brown without melting.
Place on serving dish, flavour with olive oil, chopped parsley, capers and anchovies.
Accompanying wines: Gavi, Soave DOC, DOC Gravina DOC.
