Mackerel mousse (2)
Instructions
Put in electric chopper perfectly drained fish oil conservation, along with the soft butter in small pieces.
Operate the appliance and keep it running until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Flavour it with two tablespoons of brandy.
Cut off the crust from the bread and cut each slice into 4 triangles.
Toast the bread in the oven, pre-heated at 200 degrees, for 3 or 4 minutes.
Mousse served with croutons.
For a more effective presentation, garnish the plate with pieces of jelly, made with one of instant products in Commerce (follow the instructions on the package).
Of course, since the jelly has a fairly long cooling time, you must prepare it in advance, even the day before and keep it ready in the refrigerator.
