Peach mousse
Instructions
Clean peaches and pass it to the blender.
Whip until stiff egg whites with sugar gently incorporate the fruit puree and pour everything into a large bowl.
With gentle syringe form with the cream of the dough hooks on the surface of the mousse.
Refrigerate for 40 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of peaches
- 3 egg whites
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- 10 cl of slightly sweetened whipped cream
