Chocolate mousse and cream
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a lukewarm bath with milk and sugar.
When cool add 1 yolk at a time.
Beat the egg whites with the salt and combine them with chocolate mixing.
Pour the mousse into 1 cup and put in the fridge for 5 hours.
Just before serving, whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the marsala and cook in warm water bath 1, continuing to beat with the whisk for 3 minutes.
Pour the cream on mousse and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 500 G = = Chocolate
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 300 g of sugar
- Salt
- For the cream:
- 6 egg yolks
- 250 g of sugar
- Dry marsala wine
