Chocolate and Amaretto Mousse (2)
Instructions
Finely chop the chocolate, place in saucepan and melt 1 Bain-Marie together with liquor.
Allow to cool and add the amaretti.
Continue to stir with whisk 1, then mix in the cream and the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture in 1 glass cup and level the surface.
Place the mousse in refrigerator for 4 hours and when serving, decorate it with whipped cream and almonds.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of chocolate
- 300 g of not sweetened whipped cream
- 5 egg whites
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
- Few sprigs of whipped
- Toasted hazelnuts
