Whiskey chocolate mousse
Instructions
Fairly finely chopped chocolate and melt in a Bain-Marie.
Put 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into a small funnel greaseproof paper and squeeze it on a tray covered with baking paper, forming decorative trim to your pleasure.
Do firm up in the refrigerator.
Combine the Whiskey, the butter and the egg yolks and chocolate mix until everything is well mixed.
Let cool a little then egg whites cream.
previously mounted to snow.
Split then the cream in stem glasses or cups and keep in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden.
Decorated with whipped cream and chocolate squiggles.
Put in refrigerator until serving.
You can serve the mousse accompanying it with waffles or languages cat.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 225 g of chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of whisky
- 15 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 15 cl of whipping cream
