Amaretti mousse
Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a Bain-Marie with the liquor.
Crumble the macaroons and chocolate cooled incorporate.
Stirring with a whisk to combine the whipped cream and the egg whites very firm.
Pour the mixture into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours.
The mousse before serving by decorating it with chopped hazelnuts.

- 400 g of chocolate
- 300 g of unsweetened whipped cream
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 5 egg whites
- 1 small glass of grand marnier
- Hazelnuts
