Nutella mousse
Instructions
Heat the milk in a saucepan with Nutella, add sugar, stir and let cool.
Stir the egg yolks and beat the egg whites until foamy.
Mix the egg whites to the Chocolate cream and pour the mousse thus obtained into a container.
Put it in the refrigerator.
Serve the mousse with whipped cream and wafers or languages cat.

- 250 g of nutella
- 50 cl of milk
- 35 g of granulated sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- Some of waffles
