Instructions
Work the mascarpone cheese with sugar.
Add the liqueur and thoroughly filtered juice of 1 orange and the egg whites very firm.
Gently mix the dough from bottom to top and split into 4 bowls.
Garnish each bowl with slices of peeled Orange to the other alive and Tufts of whipped cream.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

- 2 oranges
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 1 dram of amaretto
- 100 g of whipped cream sweetened
