Mousse with amaretto
Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a Bain-Marie with the liquor.
Allow to cool and incorporate the amaretti.
Stir with a whisk, mix the whipped cream and the egg whites very firm.
Pour the mixture into a glass cup and level the surface with a knife.
Place the mousse in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving decorated with hazelnuts.

- 400 g of chocolate
- 300 g of whipped
- 5 egg whites
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
- Toasted hazelnuts
