Nutella banana split
Instructions
Prepare the ice cream: pour the milk in a saucepan until bubbles, then retire it from the fire, add the sugar, the vanilla and let it sit a quarter of an hour.
In another saucepan, whisk the egg yolks with a few drops of water then add to vanilla milk and beat with the whisk.
Passed the saucepan on low fire stirring with a spatula and when you will be formed a slight film pick it up from the fire.
Through a pass pour the mixture into a bowl, let cool and frozen.
Take the bananas, divide them in two lengthwise and on each side spread a spoonful of Nutella.
Quickly recompose your bananas and a ponetene on each plate.
Garnish with ice cream balls and cover with tufts of whipped cream.
