Mont blanc in cups
Instructions
Prepare cups (even one day in advance), stored in cool and dry place: mix in a bowl the flour, the egg white is not mounted, the icing sugar, melted butter and cold, working with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous batter.
Lined with baking paper a plaque: take a spoonful of batter, on deponetela and allargatela with the back of the spoon to form a thin disc of approximately 10 centimeters in diameter.
On other disks prepared far apart, then toss them in the oven, pre-heated at 200 degrees, for 3-4 minutes, until the edges are slightly darker and lighter in the Center.
Remove and still soft, modellateli, putting them in a coffee cup.
sformateli as they become cold, getting the crunchy cups (with the doses indicated you will need to prepare at least 8).
To make the Mont Blanc, instead, passed before boiled chestnuts to sieve, mix it with the rum, then passed the mixture to potato masher, by dropping directly into cups.
Complete with a big dollop of whipped cream and with a brown.
Serve immediately the cups to prevent lose their crunchy texture and Terrano-if with a thin layer of crème anglaise, or with custard flavored with a spoonful of white rum.
