Mont blanc of lentils
Instructions
Pass the food mill lentils and combine the potato flakes in order to obtain a firm dough, salt and pepper.
Form a pyramid with 3/4 of the mixture and make a hole in the Middle for inserting sausages.
Cover with the remaining dough with spatula and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve accompanied with cream cheese.

- 1000 g of boiled lentils
- 100 g of potato flakes
- 200 g of ricotta
- 300 g of sausages cooked in tomato sauce
- 100 g of grana
- 100 G = = Cream
- 5 g of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
