Instructions

Boil the beans and half-cooked add the potatoes into wedges, chopped green beans, Zucchini and mushrooms slices previously soaked and squeezed dry.

Add three tablespoons of olive oil and bring to boiling.

When the beans are tender add the ditalini and sliced Zucchini.

Cook 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a pan heat two tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic, add three peeled and chopped, and a style of tomato paste, salt and pepper.

Please add 10-15 minutes and add this mixture to the soup.

Stir and serve.

Accompanying wines: Bardolino, Colli Del Trasimeno DOC DOC, Alezio Rosato DOC.
