Italian soup
Instructions
Prepare a mixture by whisking together eggs, cheese and a pinch of salt.
In a small frying pan do many thin pancakes.
Roll them up and cut them into strips.
Cut into strips for the brine language.
Separately boil the peas.
Heat the meat broth.
Put in soup, omelet and peas.
Pour over the boiling broth, serve immediately.

- 100 g of brine language
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of peas
- 100 cl of broth
- Grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
