Russian cold soup with meat and vegetables
Instructions
Pour into a soup tureen 2 eggs, chopped 1/2 cup of cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 of sugar, 1 teaspoon of mustard and 3 glasses of beer light left open for 12 hours.
Add a chopped chive novella, a diced cucumber, 100 g of ham and 70 g of diced corned tongues speaking.
Mix well and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve, topped with salt and chopped parsley.

- 2 chopped eggs
- 1/2 cup of cream
