Instructions

To prepare this delicious soup leek, celery take, some carrots, potatoes and onions.

Cut the vegetables into thin slices; Let it simmer in a saucepan with a tablespoon of lard and sprinkle with a little flour.

Add the amount of desired meat broth (dice).

Bring to the boil, stirring continuously and simmer for 30 minutes.

To finish you can possibly pass the soup to Blender and add the pastina (vermicelli).
