Instructions

Peel, wash and slice the cabbage into strips.

Chop garlic and onion and brown them in 4 tablespoons oil in a large pot.

Combine the cabbage and let it dry over low heat and covered pot for 15 minutes.

Add 200 l of hot water and Cook, over low heat for an hour.

Combine pasta and chili and bring to cooking the pasta.

Just before removing from heat, add the Sage.

Pour into the plates and garnish with sliced cheese.
