Zucchini soup (4)
Instructions
Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.
Brown them with 3 tablespoons oil and chopped onion, add the boiling stock and cook for 20 minutes.
Pour the pastina and cook it.
While l bakes, blend the tomatoes with garlic and basil.
Add tomatoes to soup and stir well.
Drizzle with the grain.

- 300 g of zucchini
- 160 g of type pasta pastina
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Basil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 125 cl of broth
