Soup of pumpkin and turnip greens
Instructions
Bring to a boil saltwater 150 cl.
Clean the vegetables.
Slice the shallots and chop turnip greens; cut the pumpkin into pieces.
Toss the vegetables in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the pasta and finish cooking.
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil flavored.

- 100 g of type pasta ditali
- 500 g of turnip tops clean
- 250 g of pumpkin
- 3 shallots
- Olive oil extra virgin pepper flavoured
- Salt
