Instructions

Finely chop 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, 1 small cauliflower and boil them in a liter of water.

When the vegetables are well cooked by seasoning them with 50 g butter and mixing with rye flour and oatmeal.

Let Simmons the mixture for another 15 or 20 minutes until the soup is not dense.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with croutons fried in butter.
